The TX Series 24 inch L.C. Series of Industrial Pneumatic Lift trucks were engineered and designed with focus on service and operator personnel at the forefront. The TX Series offers standard features like more leg room and head room, tilt steering wheel, shock mounted center mounted operator station, CANbus technology for operator convenience and comfort and increased head and leg room, in addition to fingertip electric joystick controls. The TX Series is available in 5 different wheel bases, so there is certainly a unit suitable for your specific application.
All controls have integrated solid state controllers using J1939 CANbus technology. This configuration allows sensors and controllers the ability to communicate with less wiring between the components. For instance, I/O modules are great to add consistency to the machine control system and used to reduce electromechanical relay devices.
The J1939 CANbus technology allows all machine data to be accessed through the main color display that is located inside of the cab. This particular display shows engine data along with warnings, spreader status lights and equipment and man interface data. The functions of the machinery are capable of being tuned through the main display in the cab. Additionally, the display allows service personnel to access data required during troubleshooting. Like for example, information like sensor status and controller outputs. So as to prevent operator access, the tuning functions are password protected.
The TX Series lift trucks have all been outfitted with an electronic turbocharged Tier Certified Cummins, which is an after cooled or charge air to air diesel engine. Amongst the basic engine features comprise electronic diagnostic monitor, maintenance monitor, water/fuel separator, transmission/engine protection systems, improved fuel economy and less emissions.
The transmission on all TX Series are 3-speed, modulated powershift, fully reversing transmissions. The inching powershift transmission and the electric roll shift control as well as a separate air-to-oil cooler. All of these features add up to a durable and efficient equipment that is highly dependable on the jobsite.
