SMAG/Peiner has been represented by Peiner USA, Inc. for over twelve years in the US market place. Various businesses like for instance Waste to Energy, Scrap handling, Steel Mills, as well as numerous other material handling facilities including Bulk Transfer Facilities presently using our grabs and buckets to get their tasks done.

Peiner's design philosophy has always revolved around the idea of making grabs that deal with the biggest volume rather than grab dead weight. Usually, the grab and bucket lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight versus 40 percent grab dead weight. This means transporting more quantities of supplies quicker. There is less wear and tear on the crane structure and its related parts. By combining manufacturing with high quality materials and innovative design, the required weight ratio is attained.

In order to meet the specific needs of our clients' individual requirements, grab sizes vary from less than 1 cubic yard to over 50 cubic yards. Peiner USA Inc. additionally provides a complete spare parts facility and service facility for the units purchased in the United States, as well as the addition of brand new buckets and grabs.
