Cat High Capacity Forklift

Cat High Capacity Forklift

For the best within the industry, whether it's LPG, diesel, gasoline or electric counter-balanced models, Cat Lift Trucks is the name to rely on. Along with equipment, Cat provides a huge array of equipment for your warehouse needs. Currently, Cat Lift Trucks are manufactured within ISO certified facilities located around the world within Japan, the United States and the Netherlands.

In the early 1900s, a farmer named Lester Sears altered one of his farm tractors for industrial use. The "Model-L" that he made changed the way that materials were handled. This first truck which Lester made had features such as equal high-speed forward and reverse gears, rear-wheel steering, under-the-load front wheel drive and hydraulic lifting and tilting. This prototype was so innovative that it was utilized for 30 years before newer technology was finally utilized and took over. Though the "Model-L" has altered significantly ever since it was first made, it was full of new ideas which are still utilized these days. During the 1960s, Lester Sears sold his business, Towmotor, to Caterpillar. The new company was referred to as Cat Lift Trucks, that strives to provide the innovative services and uphold the values which Towmotor was recognized for.

The North American material handling market has come to depend on Cat's great operator ergonomics, ease of use, and productivity in addition to its machinery durability, versatility, power, and reach. All of this is offered with a low ownership cost. A worldwide network of trusted dealers can help you or your company to find what you require from a wide range of machines and equipment.
